Leanne was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. Honest and a straight shooter, she provided advice that made the selling process not only smooth but enjoyable. Her team were always on hand and we felt well supported even though we were not living in Mackay. Highly recommend.

Stacey was very professional and I felt very comfortable dealing with her. She is extremely helpful as she has such a good knowledge of Mackay. Stacey kept me well informed through the purchasing of my property. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property in Mackay.

We live in Brisbane. Our rental house was in Mackay. When we decided to sell it was with dread that we thought we would need to travel to Mackay trailer in tow and then have to work our butts off to bring the house up to par to put on the market. We're not as young as we used to be :) Without hesitation we immediately sought the services of Stacey Arlott whom we have dealt with before. Stacey is an absolute dynamo. From the first call to the sale of the property the whole process was stress free. Stacey organised everything from repairs, to cleanliness, to lawn mowing, pool cleaning, changing out curtains and staging which looked lovely and was so worth it. We didn't have to a do a thing. Selling a home can be one of the most stressful processes but Stacey took the weight off our shoulders. The house sold at the first open home and it was such a relief. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Stacey. She is amazingly efficient, always gets back to you, always honest and straight up and she has a great eye for what needs to be done and what it will take to sell your home. We've had dealings with various other real estate agents over the years and Stacey far and away shines out above the rest. If only they were all like her. Thank you so much Stacey for everything.

Stacey was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. From the onset she was highly motivated, energetic and professional demonstrating a "no nonsense" approach. This resulted in a great result. We would not hesitate to recommend Stacey in the future.

Stacey from the start was direct & honest with appraisal price and how to handle the selling of the property and always calls with updates on inspections! Which we regard as the most important part of selling(an agent who keeps you informed all the way)We are listening 5 properties(one sold first open house) with Stacey & have recommended her to 3 other people who are selling! We highly recommend Stacey Arlott for all your realestate need.

Stacey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment we met her when she came to do our appraisal we knew she was the agent for us. Stacey was straight up with what she thought we could achieve and explained her marketing plan in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. Her communication was on point she kept in contact with us every other day and as soon as we were ready to go to go to market she hit the ground running. We were given updates and feedback regularly and the results spoke for themselves. We achieved a very quick sale above asking and could not be happier. We highly recommended Stacey and her team.

This is the second property Stacey has sold for us. She has a great knowledge of the local market, was spot on with the advise she gave and ensured we were kept informed at every stage of the sale process. All the hard work she was doing in the background made the process very easy for us as the vendor. Thank you Stacey
