Having purchased a house from Leanne eight years ago, the hardest task for our sale was to pick up the phone and call Leanne and her Remax sales team. Knowing her effort and drive to make the sale at the right price left us but no choice to use Leanne as our agent. The contact was signed within a week at above our asking price. Leanne took on our property after it had already been on the market for 3 months and we had very little interest - we were being told by our agent at the time to drop the price by about $40,000 or otherwise it would not sell. Luckily enough, we were able to engage Leanne - one week and one open home later, we had a 30 day Contract in place, that went through without a hitch. Leanne was incredibly professional and provided us with the advice and assistance we really needed to sell the property for a price we were happy with. We cannot recommend Leanne enough to sellers out there!
