Stacey is very good at her job and got the best price possible for our family in moving forward to buying another property. As we sold and brought our property from Stacey she handled everything that was needed to take the hassle out of having to deal with everything else that we didn’t have time for. We would highly recommend Stacey if you are looking at the property market.

The property needed to be sold due to my family being unable to get back from Germany due to COVID. I had an Agent recommended who had it listed for over 6 months and not one contract was offered. I switched to Stacey Arlott and within 3 weeks she had a buyer, a sale and a successful outcome. Stacey knows Real Estate, she knows Mackay and District and she is an honest sales person that people can trust. Stacey took all the stress out of the whole situation for me and my family. I can't thank her enough.

My experience with Leanne personally was one where she was extremely accommodating. That was, at first. My daughter and I purchased the property sight unseen as we lived interstate. Upon seeing the property for the first time it was disgusting. It clearly had not been cleaned. I immediately brought this to Leannes attention. She was defensive and quick to place the blame on the rental agency who supposedly had the Bond clean done. In my opinion the selling agent should’ve ensured the property was clean. There was no need for Leanne to speak down to me or accuse me of not understanding the ramifications of living in the tropics. I was born in the tropics. I understand perfectly. This had nothing to do with the condition of the property. My daughter and I were both bombarded with requests to leave a review. I personally believe this is done early in the process while you still have a good feeling about the sale or purchase, and is not a real indication once the glow wears off.

Hands down the best experience dealing with an agent I’ve had! As a buyer, Leanne went above and beyond liaising with myself with any inquiries I had from start to finish to ensure a quick settlement. Leanne’s professionalism, knowledge and communication far exceeded my expectations and dealings with previous agents! Thank you so much Leanne.

Stacey knows how to sell a house as she has the flare, knowledge and people skills to collaborate with other professional businesses that may include styling and photography to present it to the market the best way possible. She keeps in touch with you every step along the way with detailed feedback after the open homes. I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone wanting yo sell their home.

Leanne was professional, knowledgeable, supportive , friendly and efficient through out our entire experience. She gave sound advice at every step and never made a wrong call. She rescued our sale after our first contract fell through ensuring we barely had any catch up time between contracts. Leanne’s reputation and the respect she holds amongst her peers and the community at large was to our advantage in securing the sale we achieved and the speed with which is all happened. We are very appreciative of her and grateful for her part in our sale. We would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell property and will definitely be in touch with her if we need an agent in the future.
