Stacey has all the knowledge & experience for selling properties as well as mine - Stacey knew the market for the area we had long discussions prior to putting it on the market - we aimed for a price - after two days on the market & first open house - sold that afternoon & no haggling about the price - well done Stacey - thank you

Good luck trying to find a better real estate agent in Australia than Stacey. Stacey is extremely knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. She constantly had us informed in the whole process and was always contactable will any questions we had. We will definitely use her again to sell our further properties.

I have recently sold AND purchased a home through Stacey ARLOTT. During her time as my Real Estate Agent, she went above and beyond to ensure that the process went as smoothly as possible whilst also maintaining constant communication. Stacey's work ethic and Real Estate expertise are second to none.

Communication could have been improved however, everything else was perfect.

In my experience this was a very average one. Couldn't enter property early as discussed, wasted a week of holidays.

Unfortunately it was necessary to update the Body Corporate By- Laws during the sale process. Leanne and Kerri McIntyre performed admirably in keeping the prospective and eventual buyer interested and up to date as the process of changing the By-Laws took its course. Many Thanks.
