From the moment we engaged with Leanne, we knew she was the agent to sell our home. Treating our emotions with our home of 15 years with compassion, which was complimented by current market knowledge. Leanne educated us in the selling process which made it such an easy process for us. There wasn't any hidden costs, no hidden surprises of any sorts. Leanne and her team never ignore a call and respond to every silly question no matter the time of day, which we are very greatful for! From our first consulation where Leanne offered an appraisal of our home, the advice of what is helpful to do to our home before sale and what isn't worth the effort (in case the next owners would prefer to change anyway). Our home was listed online on a Thursday, Leanne welcomed potential buyers through our home with a whopping amount of interest on the Saturday open home. Monday saw Leanne come to us with offers from 3 potential buyers. We agreed and had our paperwork signed by Tuesday. Less than one week, we had our home sold.
