In all our dealing with Leanne she demonstrated that she had an excellent feel for the market in Mackay. Her approach was very professional and she was always available to take calls and deal with any questions or issues and her suggestions as to how we market the property were spot on. She gave us confidence that the house would sell and used various strategies in the advertising and marketing process. Her assistant Bec was also very competent and helped us through the process.

Leanne was very communicative throughout the whole process. She generally helped us a long as first home buyers. We were only disappointed when we realised we'd signed up for a two bedroom house which was listed at three bedrooms (open inspection was very busy). We didn't communicate this with Leanne because after long deliberation we didn't want to back out of the contract or try to re-negotiate with the seller and turn our first experience into an ugly situation. But we do feel this is something Leanne and RE / MAX need to consider in listing properties in the future.
