If one is looking to buy interstate at a new place which they never visited, on top of it in an auction, that too at a high price guide, one must visit the property and decide on how to go about in auction (or) one should have Naomi as property manager! When I was planning to purchase a remote property in auction, I wasn't very confident until Naomi visited property and shared her feedback. I knew the property needed some repairs to be in an acceptable shape for tenancy. Naomi visited the property at a very short notice and shared genuine feedback, without which I would have dropped the property altogether. She has confirmed that property would need repairs and even gave an approximate quote as a guideline in preparation for auction. Once I secured the property in auction, the curious and anxious stage of how to get the property ready has begun. Unlike many property managers, Naomi has the ability to think, decide and act fast to keep the ball rolling at a good pace. During the time when finding and engaging tradies is difficult, Naomi has a great team who can act pretty quickly. Even when you get some challenging situations with the fixes, she brings in right people and gets everything sorted. The way she handled the property repairs within 2 weeks and made it ready for tenancy is unbelievable. Even if I am residing there in person, I would never have been able to do that. I was put in contact with Naomi after a previous Property Manager failed to secure me a tenant due to poor attention to detail when advertising my property. Naomi identified the issue - No Pets allowed, and put up a well written advertisement with the correct information - Pets allowed!!! Naomi's shift response and advertisement on Realestate.com (and her business website) resulted in numerous inquiries on my property and I had it leased in just over a week from first contact with Naomi and before my previous lease ended, so not gap in rent payments received. Despite the fact I didn't require ongoing property management of my property Naomi assisted me regardless and was always contactable and provided sound advise and expertise.
