Amazing service!

Paul has been delightful to deal with. He was both professional and knowledgeable and has made the whole experience of purchasing our first home very positive. He has excellent communication skills and always makes himself available - even after hours! There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer and I felt very comfortable purchasing this home. He was not pushy and gave great advice on all aspects of becoming a home owner such as presenting our offer to the owners of the property in a very timely manner - it was the weekend but he still made contact with them, presented our offer and then let me know late Saturday night that our offer had been accepted. Paul really goes above and beyond for both the seller and the purchaser. Recently he was on holidays but during that time still took the time to contact me to ensure we were still on track and to see if we had any other questions. On top of all of this, Paul was a true gentleman and I feel blessed to have had him as the agent we purchased this property from. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you are considering selling your house as his expertise is second to none!
