Paul has also served as the Vice President and as a player, coach, and committee member of the Maddington Football Club. Coming from an extensive family of three sisters and two brothers (not to mention 49 first cousins), Paul understands the utmost importance of teamwork and loyalty. About Terry

As the husband-and-wife duo of Bailey Devine Real Estate, Terry and Lynne Bailey have proved to be absolutely unstoppable. Since meeting in England decades ago, the pair have settled in Perth and forged a beautiful family together, and now, a new real estate company. With Terry’s years of experience in the Armed Forces and Police Service in the UK, and Lynne’s previous career working for the army and in sales and administrative roles, the two have combined their valuable life experience and skills to become a dynamic, life-long team. As the acting voice, Terry is always looking out for his team, and Lynne is always lending a hand wherever needed. They have both been selling properties for eleven years and during that time have won many awards, including twice winning the prestigious REIWA Master Salesperson title. They are extremely passionate about the Real Estate industry, working with people to help them achieve their dream of home ownership and assisting clients in developing wealth creation through effective property investing. With Terry’s disposition for sales and communication, and Lynne’s can-do attitude and thoughtful nature, every day is a new adventure for the couple – whose individual strengths come together to amplify each other’s success. Great Service from Start to Finish

Paul Devine impressed us from the Interview of Agents to the end when he got us a price above, we thought we could get. He was honest about our expectations and his communication throughout the process was fantastic. The house was up on a Wednesday, and we had our first open on the Saturday and by lunchtime on Sunday we had accepted an offer that was well over what we thought. He worked within our timeline that was tight, but we never expected for it sell quickly. He did all the negotiating for us to get us top dollar. The process was not stressful at all. He had our best interest at the forefront of everything. I loved that an agent worked very hard for his client and communication with what was happening at the end with all the offers we got.
