Excellent, in every way: Bailey Hunter Valley again working their magic for happy buyers & sellers.

We had previously bought and sold rural acreage property through Scott Bailey and his team, impressed then with their 100% pleasant polished professionalism, firstly ourselves as buyers, then as sellers. After some years away our return to the Hunter had us searching again in the Singleton area but also further east, with no success. Nothing quite right apart from just a few properties already 'under offer' by the time we discovered them, including a gem of a home on acres in a quiet country corner, being marketed by Baileys. While we had not pestered Scott he knew of our interest, to the extent that when that 'under offer' fell through (no fault of Baileys or the vendors) Scott remembered us, phoned us within the hour, teed up a visit the next morning and had our enthusiastic matching offer accepted in less than 24 hours! Relieved vendors who thought they'd lost a sale and ourselves as very pleased purchasers. The key to our success? Scott remembering us as past loyal clients! From that day through the timeline process to reach settlement Scott, his 'right hand man' Lachlan Stewart and all the Bailey team members provided prompt attention to any and every request assisting ourselves and our conveyancers. We're now in our new home, quickly discovering that Scott's glowing recommendations of the property and the local community have been spot on - not surprising for a company that I've just noticed is celebrating the 130th anniversary of their start-up way back in 1896. 'Congrats' Scott and all - and 'Thanks again'.

Scott and his team are very professional, know their stuff and are extremely helpful

Scott and Lachlan communicated very well with us. Nothing was too much trouble. We believe their advice was spot on through the whole process. Their knowledge of the market and list of potential buyers was great. So many contacts! The whole team at Baileys is so friendly and helpful. We are very grateful to them.
