Professionalism, communication and knowledge
We recently purchased our property at Jerrys Plains through Scott and his team, and dealt primarily with Lachlan throughout the process. Lachlan was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, genuine and extremely easy to deal with. His knowledge of the property and the local area was excellent, and he was always able to answer our questions or find out anything we needed to know. His communication was also outstanding — responses were always incredibly quick, and he kept us well informed throughout the entire process. We really appreciated his straightforward and relaxed approach, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. It was a big decision for our family and the start of an exciting new chapter for us, so we’re very grateful to Lachlan for making the experience such a positive one.
