Mark was terrible at keeping in contact once the contract went through. As soon as he had the signature we didn’t matter to him anymore. It could take up to three weeks to get hold of him and that was usually only by using a different phone number so he would pick up. He made all the promises and told us everything we wanted to hear to our faces but as soon as it came to delivering he disappeared and avoided doing anything at all costs. He made the purchase of our new home a horrible experience and because of his poor communication and management skills we had to pay to have things fixed that should have been done before we moved in.
