Honestly couldn’t thank Vanny Bains enough for all he has done with the sale of our property. He has gone above and beyond throughout and has delivered from start to finish. They took time to understand our needs and expectations. Everything ran so smoothly. Vanny communicated with us every step of the way throughout the process. On the day of the auction Vanny and his team were able to work with us, the auctioneer and the registered bidders in a manner that helped us to get the result we were hoping for. Vanny did not inflate our expectations but provided us with great advice and honesty throughout the campaign. Vanny and his team are professional yet easy going with full knowledge of the market and the area. I would highly recommend Vanny and his team for the sale of property as he certainly has a lot of knowledge and experience on hand.
