Great Agent Who Actually Understands The Real Estate World

I approached many agents around Cessnock to sell my home. I asked the same questions from all of them; What is your commission? What do you believe the house would sell for? How long do you think it would take to sell? Some agents didn't even bother to respond, some gave me super long and pointless sales pitches without answering my questions at all. Although there were some that did provide me with all the answers to my questions, it was Mitchell that made me feel most comfortable with his knowledge of the area and what his estimate sale price would be. From day 1 Mitch ran through the process of the campaign and how it would all pan out. He kept in constant contact with me every step of the way and really had my best interests at heart. At no stage did I ever feel that I was just another number with Mitch. We agreed on a strategy and the day the property went on the market, Mitch kept me informed as to how many prospective buyers had contacted him. Some buyers made offers, sight unseen, which was pretty exciting as I wasn’t exactly sure how things would go. The first open-house found our shortist of serious buyers and I let Mitch do his thing from there. Within 2 days, the home was tentatively sold. So all up, the home was on the market for just over a week and it broke through the location price ceiling proving that the right agent makes all the difference. Would I use Mitchell again? In a heartbeat! Mitch understands the real estate business as well or better than many others I have spoken with. He made me feel totally in control from the get-go.
