After joining the Baird Real Estate team, Ben quickly found his footing in sales & has worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible results for his clients, build & maintain rapport with clients & make his personal mark in the local Real Estate world. Since beginning 7 years ago, Ben has continued to grow & develop his skills in the Real Estate industry & has now broadened his job role to include not only sales but New Business Management for the Property Management Department, along with maintaining & managing a small portfolio of investment properties. Having an honest, hardworking & friendly, yet firm attitude towards work (all important traits for someone to forge their way through this industry), Ben easily connects with clients on both a business & personal level. Holding a background in Hospitality Management & previous studies in Human Resources Management, Ben has developed effective communication skills, an outgoing approach & the always desired ability to think outside the box. Reliable, approachable, problem solver

Heath is a very down to earth approachable agent. He provides facts and doesn’t feed you the standard brochure garble. We had some hurdles in our purchase and settlement, Heath actively went out of his way to make sure his standards were met , which far exceeded my expectations. If I was in the market to buy or sell again, I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Heath.

Helping bring our dream to a reality

Heath is a wealth of knowledge. He really knows the area and loves his community. Heath was able to help us lock in our first home helping us every step of the way. He advised us with structural advise on the house and let us know everything that was available. Heath is very down to earth and very approachable. Smooth purchasing

I had been chasing an investment for some time , I contact Heath with what I wanted in a property He responded with the ideal property for me , his service and his honest fast approach made for faultless purchase.
