I have this property in market for about 5 months. Bal have sold my other property and have given him this as an off market as I do not want to get in Exclusive contract, he have Sold this off the market just in few days. He do have very good knowledge of the local area, buyers demand and what buyers are looking for. He and his team were very new but I found them highly responsive to phone calls, emails and questions. keeping property Clean during inspection, Following COVID guideline while doing private was impressive. i am not east to negotiate the price of the. property I sell still he managed to put buyers and me in same boat. and get this done within few days. It wasnt the best process as the Vendor kept changing their mind after accepting the offer twice which was unethical which put Bal's in an awkward position but we can tell Bal was very apologetic about it and was trying his best to keep us up to date with what's going on. Excellent communication skills and well mannered.
