As a first home buyer it’s very intimidating and feeling very vulnerable without knowledge. We inspected hell lot of properties before my friend referred Bal Real Estate. I called Sonu Ball to have private inspection for this property. Inspection was organised by Sony Bal same day. After inspection I fall in love with the property. I put in offer same day . Within 24 hours offer was accepted and we secured the beautiful house. Don’t think I would have such a wonderful experience as a first time home buyer without Sonu Bal as a agent. He was very passionate in his job and always had my best interest in mind. Highly recommended to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.
