Great experience with Bal Real Estate, they has help to sell my house during bad timing, high interest rates and property not perform well in Victoria. In the end we still sell our property and move to a different area as expected. Especially Nadette she have been working hard and update us weekly on our property performance any new buyers come pass. She also gives advice on how to improve the property to attract new buyers. Also Sonu has update on open inspection timing and what to expect coming week. Highly Recommend :)
