In this mad market times, Tina went out of her way to accomodate me during a quick interstate visit and helped me find my new home in Queensland. On arrival in QLD my settlement got delayed by a day and Tina quickly got onto the owners for an early entry (and I onto my conveyancer). This action by Tina was most appreciated, especially after 2 days of travel with a pet and the fact the furniture was arriving the following day. I’m so impressed with Tina that I’ve told her we are going to become friends👍. Excellent service all round — I was provided with a list of service / tradespeople whom I have already started to use. I really can’t rate more than this was a brilliant experience with Tina.

Liana Robertson from Ball Realty made the whole process of selling our investment property in Queensland very easy. As we live in Adelaide the communication between her and ourselves was excellent keeping us informed throughout the whole process with regular emails and phone calls. The property needed some renovation prior to going on the market but Liana felt it was better to sell it in the state it was in. This saved us a lot time and money. Her knowledge of the area and her passion for her job was very impressive. We found Liana to be very honest, straightforward and trustworthy. She even put us onto a Conveyancer/Lawyer in Queensland who assisted with the settlement of our property which incidentally sold in a very reasonable space of time. Liana's professionalism ensured we suffered minimum stress. I believe Liana achieved the the best possible price for our property and really appreciate her efforts.
