If you want your house sold for top dollar and quickly, call Helen. Helen sold our investment property (with tenants) at the price we wanted within a matter of weeks. Helen then sold our home for us - it sold for more than the asking price and again very quickly. If we were to sell another property, I wouldn't look any further than Helen.
