Sale of investment property

We recently engaged Helen Knight to sell our investment property in Queensland, a task made more difficult due to our residing interstate. We highly appreciate Helen's assistance in selling our property. Our tenants were very difficult to deal with and did not make the sale process easy by any means. Helen handled these obstacles with a professional and a calm approach in an effort to gain the tenant’s cooperation. We appreciate that she kept in constant communication with the property manager and worked with him to ensure that there was minimal disruption to the tenants and that all processes were undertaken within the legal requirements. We are very happy with the sale price achieved and that the property was sold relatively quickly. We highly recommend Helen and would definitely use her services again.
