I couldn’t recommend Scott more highly. As a first-time home buyer, he made what could have been quite an overwhelming process feel incredibly easy and genuinely enjoyable. Even though I had my own buyer’s agent, I actually found myself working more closely with Scott throughout the process because he was so incredibly helpful and always available. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. After I’d purchased the property and while it was still tenanted, he arranged multiple times for me to access the apartment, liaising directly with the tenants and making everything incredibly easy. He even met carpet suppliers at the property on my behalf so they could measure before settlement, and when one of them accidentally left their phone behind, he went back again to retrieve it! He was always quick to respond to any questions, recommended painters, locksmiths and other trades when I needed them, and continued to help well beyond what I would ever have expected from the selling agent. One of my favourite touches was when my family contacted him because they wanted to put a big bow on my front door before I collected the keys. He happily helped her arrange the surprise, which really sums up the experience. It felt personal, thoughtful and like he genuinely cared about making my first home purchase special. I felt incredibly well looked after from beginning to end, and even now I know that if I had a question, I could reach out and he’d be happy to help. An absolute pleasure to deal with and someone I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for making buying my first home such a positive experience.
