She took the time at the open inspection to provide an extensive insight not only about the property but the area and the upsides to becoming part of a vibrant community. Upon leaving the open inspection, we told Nicky we would be in touch. From offer, to discussions about a lengthy settlement on our property & a bit of communication between the vendor Nicky and ourselves, within a couple of hours we were advised our offer was accepted.
