Nicky was very approachable during open inspections. She was knowledgeable of each home, and bent over backwards to help us achieve the outcome we desired. Nicky was honest, friendly, to the point, and her team were fast at organising all contract details. Gus also helped to facilitate the best possible presentation of our home. They are professional specialists and I would recommend them to everyone.

Brodie was very professional. Presented himself to be confident, clean, well dressed, trustworthy and quick to answer inquiries, Brodie knows his profession inside out. Brodie gave guidance, suggestions and support for my house to be sold. No gimmicks, a straight sale. Brodie was a phone call or message away, great response time and gave 100%. Sold within 2 opens. If you go with Brodie and his family owned Barker's Real Estate you won't go wrong. I am very happy. Well credit. Good luck to him.

Can't speak highly enough of the service from Brodie throughout the process. He was Prompt and showed excellent knowledge of the current housing market. Put forward great suggestions in how the home should be offered for sale. Brodie sold the home prior to us even listing. Couldn't have asked for a better result.

She was not pushy and patiently waited until I was ready to sell. Her knowledge of the market is amazing and made me feel very comfortable trusting her with my home. My home sold over asking and it was a very seamless process from start to finish. Nicky kept me in the loop always and was super happy to answer any questions night or day. Cannot recommend enough, I’m very grateful!
