Brodie Barker worked hard to achieve a great result. The house went on the internet on Wednesday and there were three offers by Friday. Brodie's negotiations with the three potential sellers ended with an offer higher than the advertised price. The contract was signed in early September and settlement occurred at the end of October. I was delighted with the speed and ease of the whole process. I would recommend Brodie and Barker Real Estate to any potential vendors. The whole of the office staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Nickys honest open and down to earth approach makes dealing with and trusting her so easy. A local Gawler girl passionate and extremely knowledgable about the area. She provides sound and sensible advice that is accurate and trustworthy. No details are forgotten with a personable friendly approach which is difficult to beat!
