Nicky was very keen to help us sell our home. She had great local knowledge and a large customer base. We met Nicky while attending open inspections in the Gawler area. She was always friendly, helpful and remembered us and our needs. She searched high and low to find a new home for us to suit our needs. She was never pushy and always honest. We soon signed her up as the agent to sell our house and she was great. She kept us in the loop with new leads and she worked around our family, organising opens that suited our schedule. The house quickly sold, the contract was signed using terms that suited both parties and Nicky sorted out the settlement period to suit our moving needs. All-round a good honest agent. We would recommend Nicky to all friends and family.
