Ok So..... Nicky's knowledege is 110% (more actually), she lives in the Gawler region & her business is in the Gawler region. I purchased this property from Nicky some 4 year ago, actually this is the 3rd home I have sold in 10 years, marriage breakdown etc I had no idea?
