Gill had us (the seller) as her priority and everything she did had that in mind. At the time of the sale process we were living a considerable distance away from the house so she assisted when trades needed to attend, attended to other tasks, providing advice on what was needed to maximise our sale potential, being honest about offers received (we refused a number on her advice), had great recommendations (such as a conveyancer) and ensuring the final offers reached our high achievable price range . Gill was in it for the “long term”, not a quick sale to get commission, and supported while we waited until we were happy with the price offered. Gill’s communication was excellent and her many talents made the selling process easy. Gill’s fees were very reasonable compared to other agents in the area and we felt she always had our best interest, as sellers, at the forefront. Gill, is also, very active and has many links in her local community area.

Gillian provided excellent service and advice from the beginning of the process through to the end. Gillian walked us through the process of selling providing advice on each step and also provided us with free staging. Gillian does not ask for expensive advertising but provides marketing through the internet sites and social media avoiding the addition costs of hard mrketing such as brochures and letterbox deops. Gillain provided advise on when to put the property on the market and for us to be patient. We achieved results well in excess of what other agents told us to expect and I believe that this is due to the fact that Gillian is not a transactional agent want to achieve the best results for both seller and buyer.
