Great guy to deal with, cuts to the chase and calls out the crap, the way I like. Had a no nonsense approach. He goes the extra mile, he pushed the contract through to finish with seller for me within the day even though he had plans to head off for the weekend. I liked his integrity to his wife and kids. Keaton put his family first but still went the extra mile for the deal to go through for me. He mentioned he had plans with his family so it may not all be able to get done. I appreciated him being upfront and not mucking around about it. The end result he still got the deal through. The sellers and myself were both being a bit arrogant and he just put us both in our boxes, I like that. As a result he just told us both to cut the B.S and came up with figure that was fair for both parties then made us agree and got the deal done. He is Definitely a rep worth doing business with. He was a straight shooter and direct. Didn't offer me any sales pitch just to the point. He was firm but fair. Will gladly do business with him again in the future.

I have sold two rental properties though Lees and in both cases the properties were a bit "tired". Lees energetically and enthusiastically organised tradesman and paperwork to get tasks done quickly before settlement. He has good contacts and can get things done without fuss. Also he gives an honest and realistic assessment rather than telling you what you want to hear, which saves wasted time on the market.
