In all our dealings with Joel Stanley he showed in both his words and actions to be a genuine person. Joel never tried to hard sell us and was only ever looking after our interests. I have no hesitation in recommending Joel to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.

We were very pleased with the service we had with Joel and the team at Barr and Standley. They have an excellent approach to service delivery during our purchase. Joel has a great approach and backed up with an excellent PA being Jayde. Would sell or buy again with Joel and co. Great work.

I found Jay and his team at Barr and Standley to be very trustworthy in doing what they would say they would do and keep9ing me informed along the way of any issues. They wer every helpful in assisting with getting the deal done and then in assisting with the issues that arose during the settlement period. I have no reservations in recommending Jay and his team.

After having a home in the family for 40 years, and after the passing of my father, the choice was made to sell the home I'd grown up in. With a delicate situation, Jay and Anrie rose up and made this process comfortable for me. Their understanding and professionalism surpassed my expectations. My home was sold within 2 months, the team is outstanding. Thankyou Jay, you've made this time easier for me. I'd recommend you to everyone.
