Lee Stanley was really good as an agent 1. the first day i received text message about the property 2. The next day he opened me 2 houses for inspection, then i signed a contract with one house 3. within a day or two ,the home was confirmed which was so quick In the mean time Lee was having a negotiation with the owner . At One point i lost my interest for buying the property. It was Lees favorable negotiation which made me to buy the property. Great Job Lee Stanley. Thank you for that.
