My ratings are a reflection of their combined efforts. RE: Negotiation, I do accept that Keaton had been engaged by the Seller (so was not there to acquiesce to my interests/requests.)

I found Lee's knowledge of selling real estate was of a very high and professional level. After having our propery on the market for two years with another agent and no success. We hired Lee to sell our property and after disagreeing with the way in which he was going to market the property we decided to let him market the property his way. After about two months he brought us a contract close enought to the price that we would accept.We would like to thank Lee for a job well done.
