Without doubt him and his minions are the epitome of the slimy salesperson, full of promises, will say whatever they can to get your signature on the paperwork, making up all sorts of things to say, then deny even saying anything later. The only thing that saved the sale was the owner did the decent thing and helped to rectify one of the issues. Would certainly have gone to him again for purchase but located in an over 50s village and not in his field.
