BEST ON GROUND

Very poor communication
Jacob was slow to respond to voicemails, one of us emailed several questions and requested for him to call us only for us to have to call repeatedly 10 days later to get any sort of answer.

Sold on First Home Open
Selling a home is a partnership between the vendor and his agent (in my case - Jacob Williams). Jacob did his part and had a number of interested parties at the first home open. The home was prepared well, enabling Jacob to use his expertise and to get 3 offers on the day. The property was sold quickly, enabling me to move on. Well done Jacob.
