after numerous phone conversations and having his child ringing me every minute, because apparently Jocob doesn't lock his phone. i found it very unprofessional when you are waiting to hear back on possible clients to offer a bid,and his child has stolen his mobile again,very frustrating ! I find it amazing when the realtor wants to talk with you,but when you leave a message it doesn't go both ways, its a poor review from me and easy money for the realtor.
