Our property sold fairly quickly and went through settlement fairly smoothly. I did have some issues with the electronic document system the business used as it had to be resent 3 times before I could correct do the electronic signature. I was also surprised they wanted to use photos from 10 yrs ago rather than do new ones (maybe this was to make it easier as we had a Tennant in the property) . But the property did sell quickly and we got what we wanted so Jay did a great job.

Market knowledge is great. Murray is a very busy agent and due to the way the market is at this time, he appeared to be juggling a number of projects. If we were to sell again we would use Murray again. Loved the chocolate and the wine. Still feel that the commission paid was too high for the amount of time that was needed to sell the house.
