Joel and his assistant Justine were nothing less than incredible. We were selling our house in Dalyellup from New Zealand which could have been incredibly stressful for us. However Joel took away all the stress. He sold our house for a great price - within days of listing and any repairs that needed to be done he and Justine organized - our house was being rented out at the time so they had to liaise with the tenant and the property manager. Joel and Justine's communication was fantastic and prompt - they kept us in loop whilst taking care of everything. We cannot speak more highly of Joel and his team.
