My purchase through Jacob was stress free entirely he is a true professional and gentlemen his knowledge of the area was comprehensive he is patient and none of the requests I had were too much hastle for example he put a hold on the block for me while I found out some information from the shire and we all know shires are in no rush too help you so the entire time I had too wait for the shire Jacob waited for me nothing was a bother too him I really couldn't recommend him or the whole bar and Stanley organisation more thanks for all your help guys
