We found Joel easy to get hold of and he could answer questions most of the time, I don't think there was the understanding of the area/what was involved for settlement and we weren't made aware of the process, but he done his best to find out information, we would have liked to meet agent at some stage of the process and were a little disappointed not to see the sold sign,( sign was gone next time we viewed) we also received our keys in an envelope with not even a congratulations. (Maybe I expected to much) but after paying what we did for the house and the long waiting for settlement after stating we needed a property that would settle quickly. We found it a little disappointing. we did receive a a congratulation phone call at settlement and we also received a flight voucher for a scenic flight some weeks later.

Craig is very professional and thorough and has a great knowledge of our suburb (Gelorup). He also had a great empathy for those things that made our house special to us and was able to articluate those values to prospective buyers. His vetting of potential buyers meant that we weren't inundated with unecessary home opens and people who were not realistically in the market for our house. Great to work with Craig and would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their house.
