Craig is very professional and thorough and has a great knowledge of our suburb (Gelorup). He also had a great empathy for those things that made our house special to us and was able to articluate those values to prospective buyers. His vetting of potential buyers meant that we weren't inundated with unecessary home opens and people who were not realistically in the market for our house. Great to work with Craig and would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Jacob and his team worked hard & brought a lot of buyers to our property from his client base and worked in with our tenants for house access. Jacob had great sales negotiation skills & the commutation with us was great, knowing that we would get a call directly from the agent every time there was an update or offer made us feel like we were in safe hands. Overall what I thought would be a stressful process in selling our house was in actual fact a brilliant experience and we couldn’t recommend Jacob and his Team enough.
