He understood that we had stressful time constraints on the sale, and worked to meet them for us. He also said that he could get us a higher sale value than we had expected - and he did! Jay outlined the process, made the 'paper work' extremely easy. He has a team of people so the marketing person was on board pretty quickly. And at the first opening Jay secured a sale! He is a top salesperson I think, and I have experience of others. After that it was a seamless move to their referred conveyanser. Really the whole experience was stress free, and so easy. Jay came well recommended and I am very glad to have had the experience with him and his team.
