Jays Team of Josh & Anrie went out of their way to accommodate our situation. We were looking for a house to buy as well as somewhere to rent until our current house, that we sold, had settled. We found the house we wanted and Jays Team organised a swift Acceptance and as the house was vacant, organised with the seller for a short term rental until Settlement on both properties had taken place.
