During this period Keaton kept me informed of progress on a weekly basis. Finally a buyer came forward that had problems obtaining finance, Keaton in conjunction with her agent were able to resolve the finance problem and a sale eventuated, despite a considerable delay. Overall I was completely happy with the way Keaton went about resolving the situation and pleased that the property was finally sold. I can recommend Keaton for all his assistance. I think it would be safe to say Jay was frustrated with us as he had received a really good offer for our property within a week of it being placed on the market, and we asked him to wait/try for more. Our sale started with a simple enquire on the market in our area, we had no intention of selling yet. Within weeks Keaton had people interested in looking at our house, we had no advertising in place. The 2nd group to go through the house were very interested and before we new it Keaton had the house sold! It was all go from there to to clean out 70 years of storage( hoarding).
