After considering three different realtors we felt that Jay had ticked every box and his approach was different to what everyone else was doing. He stood out from the approach he had towards selling our home but as well as not over complicating the details which I found I had problems with confusion when we were searching around. As soon as Jay emailed back with his outline of fees, approach for selling and marketing etc I knew straight away wow how simple to follow and read and from that moment everything else went out the window for me. From the moment we said yes to Jay selling our home I didn't expect it to be SOLD within 2 WEEKS during a pandemic! I mean what more could you want? We were worried as we didn't know if the house would sell quick enough for us as we would of needed to re rent it out if it wasn't sold within 3 months but we also needed it to be sold at a certain amount. I would save everyone the hassle and just go straight to Jay. I honestly cannot fault not one thing and if I ever need to sell again he would be the one and only! I thought Jay's knowledge and marketing strategies were very sound and obviously drawn from his years of experience. We had no hesitation in trusting him and his advice and although in the end we didn't get anywhere near the price we were hoping for, we know that he tried hard to bat for us and bargain as best he could for us.( All weekend!) In the end we decided to accept this last offer as we realised that in this current climate we weren't going to get any better offer and that in the future, prices might drop even further,
