I thought Jay's knowledge and marketing strategies were very sound and obviously drawn from his years of experience. We had no hesitation in trusting him and his advice and although in the end we didn't get anywhere near the price we were hoping for, we know that he tried hard to bat for us and bargain as best he could for us.( All weekend!) In the end we decided to accept this last offer as we realised that in this current climate we weren't going to get any better offer and that in the future, prices might drop even further,
