Great agent. Highly recommend.
Pat sold my property recently in a very tough market. It took a while but he held open homes every week and followed up every lead. He gave me recommendations but never made me feel pressured to make any changes or accept any offer that I wasn't happy with. He certainly earned his commission!

Small business who takes the time

Straightforward and professional
Pat helped me sell my home. He was straightforward, efficient and professional in his dealings which worked well with me being overseas and with little time. He kept me informed throughout the process. The initial valuation onthe property was higher than the sold price so that was somewhat disappointing. But all in all he gets results and it was conducted swiftly and professionally.
