First Home Purchase

Great Agent ... Went Above and Beyond for the Sale!!
We chose Pat to sell our Mum's home because of his honesty, knowledge of the industry, experience and passion to get us the best price possible. Pat kept us in the picture at all times, communicating back and forth, with nothing being too hard or trivial that we might have questioned or needed to understand. This continued until the deal was sealed. The buyer took a look at Mum's home prior to and on the day of the Open House and Pat with professionalism persisted to achieve the best results for us. In the initial inspection stage, Pat did a very good job of marketing the property. During the negotiation stage, Pat worked hard to get the best possible price for the vendor and finally, when the best offer was on the table, Pat quickly closed the deal and got it done!
