Honest helpful agent
Most agents just want sales and this shows in how they treat buyers. Not Pat, he was friendly and patient. He understands that honest upfront communication about such a massive decision is important. I felt he genuinely looks the win-win outcome. I was happy to buy from him rather than some of the clinical, secretive sharks.

Great Service!!
Pat has been excellent since we met him at the house inspection. He is very professional and yet there is this comfort zone in him where you can approch him for any sort of small inquiries which you need specially when you buying or making the biggest decisions of your life. We totally recommend him as your next realestate agent

Wow what a result

Fantastic level of service
Pat’s been fantastic throughout our sale. He was always on hand at the property for key events as well as every open house or viewing. Plus he was always contactable on the phone to answer questions or queries. He has a lot of knowledge of the area and has worked in the industry for a long time so he understands the peaks and troughs of the market as well as the u predictability of potential buyers. He has made a potentially stressful situation much more relaxed and we really valued having him on hand to guide us through the process. Would heartily recommend.
