I requested an inspection for a property through Barry Plant on a Monday, and was responded to on the same day. Property was viewed on Wednesday and when I asked how much interest had been shown in the rental I was given an honest answer. I applied for the property the next day (Thursday) and was contacted on Friday with the offer my application been accepted. I have never had an experience with a Real Estate that was so prompt and communicative, the experience took a lot of stress out of looking for a property. The experience with the Realtor was exceptional, Lynelle talked me through a part of the online application that I had missed as I had done it on my phone, and was very patient and helpful. Upon moving into the property the experience was made even better when I saw the beautiful house had been worked on even more from when I had viewed it. Thus far, I have not one complaint or negative comment to make about my experience with Barry Plant or their lovely agent Lynelle.
