Very Professional
I couldn't rate Barry Plant Bendigo highly enough. The property management team were excellent to deal with. The team arranged photos of the investment property and had it advertised to lease prior to settlement. They secured a wonderful tenant soon after. Nothing was too much trouble. Xavier and Bevan have been a pleasure to deal with. They have communicated well and followed up with any queries that I may have had. I will definitely be dealing with Barry Plant Bendigo again in the future.

Happy Customer
As an investor with a property in the Bendigo area I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after it. Barry Plant estate especially the rental department have looked after my place as if it was their own. I live in Sydney and having the support and the trust that I need to ensure the house is safe and in excellent repair relives the stress on me. I highly recommend anyone to use Barry Plant to look after their investment property.

Customer service excellence
When our tenants were behind in rent payments, the staff at Barry Plant Bendigo always kept use informed as to how things were progressing. Even receiving out of hours phone calls when things were getting messy. We appreciated everything Barry Plant Bendigo has done for us in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
