We found Rodney to be very professional from our first meeting and knew that he was the agent for us. From day one, Rodney was very positive and encouraging and gave us honest feedback which we found very refreshing. In a week we had an outstanding number of people through our property which resulting in our property selling a lot quicker than expected with multiple offers. Rodney was able to achieve a result that was above and beyond our expectations meaning we can start the next chapter of our lives without a worry in the world. Thank you Rodney for such an amazing result and we wont hesitate in recommending you to anyone. Stacey & Andrew Mak

From the first meeting to the sale of our house, Keith was open, approachable and above all, honest ! Keith has an in depth knowledge of the local Real Estate market, and was able to provide us with expert advice and guidance, through the whole process. End result - Keith was able to achieve a sale price well beyond our wildest dreams. I have no hesitation in recommending Keith Wilson and the Barry Plant team at Boronia, if thinking of selling your house.

We first met Keith when he called around to talk to us about selling our home, on a sweltering day and it was a public holiday! Keith sat with us and explained what we would need to do to put our home on the market. We decided not to sell at that time and left again for overseas. Every week I was checking what was selling in our local area and Keith was always getting the best prices for the homeowners, he would sell a 3 bedroom home for more than other agents were selling 4 and 5 bedroom homes. Within days of returning to Australia, Keith was there for us, advising on paint and flooring and putting us in touch with very nice tradespeople from the area, who had reasonable pricing. Keith had our home sold within the 2 weeks he promised and after every open house, would ring promptly and inform us of the numbers of people at the viewing, Section 32s, and people on return inspections. Keith made everything painless and was very professional, charming, and just a really nice person. I think as Keith lives in Kilsyth South he has a much better feel for the area than other agents and it shows in the prices he is achieving, there must be many happy sellers. Keith was putting our bins out and bringing them back to the garage as we were not living in the area, that shows how ready he is to help. Anyone thinking of selling in Kilsyth South will be very happy with the level of service from Keith Wilson.

Keith really knew the local area and had a number of people ready to go. The sale price exceeded our expectations, and settlement was a dream. Big thanks to Keith for making a potentially stressful period as stress free as possible.

From our first meeting, Monique gave the impression of someone who had a clear plan for the sale of our home. She listened well, came back the same day with a written proposal, and followed through all her commitments. She put us in touch with an excellent painter and a handyman, who quoted and did wonderful work within several days. We would wholeheartedly recommend her work to anyone.

We have bought three properties in our lifetime and they have all come from Monique. She simply does not hesitate to help you, accept your limited availability and has never come across as pushy or misleading. Monique is a pleasure to deal with!

I originally considered using another Agency but soon realised once I met up with Keith Wilson from Barry Plant that he would get the best price I needed and meet all my expectations, which there were a lot! He was professional and courteous and worked hard to achieve an excellent result. Thank you to all the staff at Barry Plant Boronia.

Whilst the price received was higher than expected, it was the care and support shown by Rodney that was the most important aspect of this experience. Having built and lived in this home for more than 40 years – during which my mother cared for my father for over 20 years following a severe stroke – the process of selling was always going to be both emotional and daunting for my mother. However, from the first meeting, Rodney was at all times respectful, understanding and willing to explain things any number of times. This care and consideration continued once the house was listed and he was busy showing potential buyers through the property. During the final negotiations, Rodney again demonstrated his professionalism and integrity as he allowed my mother to make the final decision as to whom she would sell. Given the emotion of this task, I was thoroughly impressed by Rodney’s calm and patience.

Keith sold my elderly mothers house. It was our family home with loads of memories. He was so kind to my Mum and always went out of his way to make it a painless process. The house sold with Keith doing his best to obtain an impressive amount. It now allows my Mum to start the next chapter in her life. I would highly recommend Keith Wilson and if I was ever looking for an agent to sell my own home will only use Keith.

After a previous disastrous experience with another agency we chose Monique who was the complete opposite. She had great knowledge of the market and advised us correctly each step of the way. She was friendly, professional and had great communication. We always knew what was happening, and were kept updated at all times. Monique sold our home within 3 weeks after it had languished on the market with the previous agent. She also achieved a price we were very happy with.
