The Agent we Recommend!

(I know I've done this before... but I can't remember what we wrote! But it would have been along these lines...) We first met Monique when we bought this property, nearly 15 years ago. We were impressed then with her personal approach, her knowledge of the property and her willingness to share information which would help us make a decision. Monique (and her colleagues) were very considerate of our needs during the time our property was "on sale". We received feedback after every "inspection", and helpful advice when we asked for it. At the time of making a decision whether to accept the offer, Monique helped us understand the situation, and allowed us to make our own decision. When we discovered a difficulty with our own finance, Monique was quick to consult with her colleagues and they were able to help us by re-negotiating a new "settlement" date. Altogether, we received the kind of helpful support and advice we needed from Monique (and her colleagues). We have found Monique to be trustworthy, open to our questions and needs, and willing to help us make the best kinds of decisions in relation to selling our property... as she did when we bought it!
