Sam and Jarrod were highly professional and very communicative in the sale of our house. They explained the process to us thoroughly and were open to changing anything that we didn't feel 100% comfortable with. After every open we were updated and the campaign adjusted accordingly. At first we were hesitant to sell at auction but they explained the advantages to us. We took their advice and we achieved a fantastic result. Just before the auction started, the Managing Director (Rocco) and the auctioneer (Chris) together with Sam and Jarrod discussed the auction proceedings with us.
